Scope
This policy covers the public website at thumio.app and its free tools: the thumbnail maker, the preview tool and the resizer. It will be updated before any feature that collects new kinds of data, such as accounts or AI generation, becomes available.
Images you use in our tools
Images you add to the maker, preview tool or resizer are read and processed by your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded to Thumio.app or to any third party, and we cannot see them. They are released from memory when you remove them, reload the page or close the tab.
When you use Preview in a feed in the maker, a copy of your current design is placed in your browser’s session storage so the preview page can open it. It is deleted as soon as the preview page reads it, and session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
Cookies and analytics
Thumio.app does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not contact font providers.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical information needed to deliver pages and protect the service, such as IP addresses, browser user agents, requested URLs and timestamps. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Vercel may process this data outside your country under safeguards required by applicable law.
Sharing
We do not sell or share personal data. The only party that processes data on our behalf is our hosting provider, as described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of personal data about you. Because Thumio.app does not keep accounts or form submissions, we hold no personal data about visitors beyond the hosting logs described above.
Children
Thumio.app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We will update this page, and the date above, before introducing accounts, AI features or any other processing not described here. Read more about our approach on the about page.
